The centre of Tuscany
Borgo Argiano lies in the little hilltop hamlet of Argiano, above the village of Pianella and just 12km from Siena. Ideally placed at the gateway to the Chianti Classico hills, where you can enjoy wineries and the beautiful towns and villages that have given their names to some of the best wines in Italy. Alternatively, in just 20 minutes you can be in the beautiful medieval town of Siena with its cobbled streets lined with curiosity shops, and sunny piazzas filled with teeming restaurants.

By Car
Car hire is available from all the main airports. For best navigation Borgo Argiano is listed on Google Maps.
By Train
Trains in Italy are very cheap and punctual. Pisa Airport is now connected to the main railways station by a train shuttle and Siena can be reached via a change at Empoli. We can arrange a collection from Siena train station but we would very much recommend a hire car for your stay at Borgo Argiano as there are very few places that are walkable, although Pianella Village with shop and restaurant is only 2km.
